How we export
From your first message to shipment
Here's how an order moves from your inquiry to shipment. Exact terms, documents, and timing are agreed before you place an order.
- Send your inquiry. Share the product, specification, volume, and destination port on WhatsApp.
- Receive a quotation. We check availability and reply with our proposed terms.
- Review a sample. Ask for one if you need to assess the product first.
- Agree on the details. We confirm the specification, packing, Incoterm, payment, and documents.
- Ship the order. We prepare the order and arrange shipment under the agreed terms.
What to include in your first message
A short message with the right details gets you a useful answer faster. "Please send your price list" doesn't tell us enough, because price depends on the grade, volume, packing, and destination.
| Product | The spice, form, and grade or specification |
|---|---|
| Volume | Quantity per order, and whether you'll order regularly |
| Destination | Destination port and your preferred Incoterm |
| Packing | Bag or carton type, size, and any labeling |
| Requirements | Tests, certificates, and documents your market needs |
| Your company | Company name and country |
FOB or CIF: which should you ask for?
Under FOB, the seller delivers the goods on board at the port of shipment, and you arrange the main freight and insurance. Under CIF, the seller pays for freight and minimum insurance to your destination port, though the risk passes once the goods are on board.
FOB can suit you if you already have a freight forwarder. CIF can be simpler if you don't. Ask for the term you prefer, and we'll confirm what we can offer for your order.
Documents buyers commonly ask for
Tell us which of these you need before you order, and we'll confirm what can be provided for your shipment.
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of analysis or lab test report
Requirements depend on your market, so check with your customs broker too. See our quality page for how we handle test requests.
